250 City Carrier Assistant jobs to immediately fill in Salt Lake and surrounding communities

SALT LAKE CITY, UT — USPS is having a two-day job fair to fill 250 city carrier assistant openings in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. Tell a friend and join us!

“The key to success for any football team, including the Utes, is the consistent recruitment of quality players,” said USPS Workforce Planning & Complement Manager Desnie Czipka. “In the case of this 2-day hiring event, we’re looking for 250 superstar recruits to build our roster and lead the Postal Service to victory in the field of customer service and delivery!”

City carrier assistants start at $18.92 per hour.  Working as a city carrier assistant is a great opportunity for anyone seeking fast-paced, rewarding work environments, and good pay. It is a first step that could lead to a long-term career with the Postal Service.

USPS personnel will be onsite at the 2-day hiring event to answer questions, assist potential applicants and provide detailed information about our job openings.
