COVINGTON, KY – USPS will be open on Presidents Day! As a community service and to make it easier to apply for a U.S. passport, the Covington Post Office, 700 Scott Street, Covington, Kentucky 41011, will be holding a Passport Fair on Monday, February 17, 2020 from 8:30am to 4pm. Customers will also be able to conduct their postal business as usual.
No appointment is necessary to attend any of the Passport Fairs; walk-ins are welcome, and passport photo service will be available.
The Post Office reminds applicants of the following passport application requirements:
NOTE: The most important difference between a U.S. passport book and a passport card is that a passport card is not valid for international air travel. A passport card is a limited travel document, valid only for land and sea travel within North America (Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda).
