Little Lake MI Post Office

What:

The U.S. Postal Service will send out a postcard for the Little Lake Post Office previously located at 1673 State Highway M35 E.

Background:

Due to a loss of lease, the Postal Service is now looking for a new retail services to a yet-to-be-determined location within five miles of the previous location. The desired size of the new facility needs to be either (a) and existing building that is approximately 770 gross square feet with 10+ dedicated parking stalls or (b) lease land of about 11,000 square feet so that Postal Service can place a postal owned building.

The relocation project will consist of procuring a suitable substitute location, as close as reasonably possible to the previous location. Retail Services will continue at the Gwinn MI Post Office located 95 Pine St, Gwinn, MI 49841 until all necessary preparations are completed at the new location.
