Ronnie Jarriel was named senior vice president, Infrastructure and Operations Support, in March 2024. He reports to the Postmaster General and chief executive officer.

In this role, Jarriel oversees Facilities, Fleet Management, the Next Generation Delivery Vehicle program, Service Quality Assurance, and Product Acceptance and Support, including the facilities and fleet acquisition and contracting portfolios, and vehicle maintenance.

From September of 2023 until creation of the Infrastructure and Operations Support team, Jarriel served as senior vice president of the Facilities and Fleet Management team, responsible for all aspects of fleet management including design, development, acquisition and deployment of vehicles.

Jarriel is an operations and supply chain management professional with multi-industry experience, including aerospace, retail, telecommunications, medical devices and consumer packaged goods. He has a track record of accelerating growth, controlling costs and leading transformational projects. Jarriel is also known for establishing customer and supplier partnerships that produce the most effective and efficient supply management. Most recently, he served as a strategic advisor to Postal Service leadership on fleet management and electric vehicle strategy. He also served as a contractor with the Postal Service for over 10 years.

Before, Jarriel was the president of Phoenix Direct, a third-party logistics company, and held senior leadership roles at XPO Logistics and New Breed Logistics.

Jarriel has a Master of Science in accounting, a Master of Business Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Liberty University in Virginia. He is also a Certified Integrated Resource Management and Certified Production and Inventory Management professional, and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
