The Postal Service complies with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This ensures that, absent an undue burden, developing, procuring, maintaining, or using information and communication technology (ICT) enables employees and job applicants with disabilities to access and use Postal Service ICT comparable to access and use by persons without disabilities.
Upon request, all information, forms, and letters used in connection with reasonable accommodations are available in alternative formats that are accessible to individuals with disabilities (e.g., large print, American Sign Language, braille).
