263 Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action

In accordance with Handbook AS-353, the Postal Service will maintain records that allow it to determine whether it is complying with the nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements of Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act. To the extent required by law, such records are made available to the EEOC upon its request.
