The data flows to the Mailer Scorecard and is available to be viewed by customers and Business Mail Employees to help avoid future incidents. These are warnings, not errors. Currently, Mail Irregularities are not assessable. Images captured by the Surface Visibility (SV) user will be accessible for viewing by the customers and Business Mail Employees.
