341 Scheduling Special Examinations

Examination personnel must schedule special examinations for those applicants who were unable to report on the date of the examination. If the Postal Service caused the applicant to be unable to report, every effort must be made to examine those applicants and add their scores to registers by the date screening or hiring consideration is to begin.
